When one day, you wake up hungry and find yourself in the southern part of Luzon Philippines, it would be a waste not to try baby back ribs at Johanna's Grille.
The little grilled devil is already gaining popularity in this Ala-eh! part of the country, and is a buzzing word-of-mouth among Batangueños, visiting Manileños, and even foreigners who intentionally get lost in this side of town.

Much has been heard about Batangas' delicious baby back ribs that lately restaurants all over Batangas are joining the bandwagon and promoting their very own recipe of baby back ribs. My forecast would be that sooner or later, every restaurant in Batangas will have baby back ribs on their menu.
But what makes the ribs in Johanna's Grille different from other competition?
Amidst growing popularity, it remains consistent in taste, largely portioned slides-off-the-bone grilled goodness, and only at a Php200.00 price tag.
And it was the very first in Batangas before every other one was hyped up.
Who wouldn't want cheap but delicious gourmet food? I would dish out a thousand bucks for a single meal as long as it would bring my tastebuds to ecstasy.
Well everything good always has a drawback - you have to be all the way in Batangas to munch off a morsel out of this one. And the restaurant is located away from the main road.
Lucky for me I am from Batangas.
