This trend of cases filed at NSC and transferred to CSC and then back to NSC have not received FP notices yet.
Intrestingly, the cases being transferred from NSC to CSC and then going to TSC are getting the FP notices. Sparky_jones got it. I just read above that one other persons went to there too. Please update us when you receive the FP notice and I am sure you will receive it soon.

How was the response? I have contacted the following " The Hindu, Deccan chronicle and some telugu and kannada newspapers and TV news channels" so far no responses, I am planning to speak to my dad and his friends (they retired from the news media recently) to get some responses, but whats the point. The July 2nd fiasco was very well publicized in India, rural India too, even a small village or mandal office issuing birth certificates knew abt the visa bulletin and its reversal!!! and what do we have now...non committal friends who are not interested to come to the rally and some even make fun of it!!

Every employment based immigrant who aspires to settle here in US to realize their American dream for their kids better future like the way you think.. if America doesn't welcome him, he will look for competitive job in some other country where he is welcomed or he will go back to his own mother country... if you don't promote the insource of worlds best talent in to US economy...that job will be outsourced for sure in couple of years...young talents on the other side of the planet are working like rocket scientists with innovative engineering brain to keep their economies rising to reach number one position in the world...if you observe the salaries these days in India and china..they are on par with US jobs and more in some companies..there will be no stand to mentality of the people once they struggle for their existence with the job and other issues in the life...it goes with money mostly......if you think on the other side like if govt welcomes those same young talents who can create jobs and can help US economy to continue its journey with out putting per country limit for in sourcing the talent..:cool:

How much does technology come into picture? I changed jobs using AC21 and am on EAD, my new job utilizes only 50% of the skills from previous job and am getting trained in new technologies in the new job. I am not sure if the new employer will list all technologies mentioned in the labor, but will definitely list all those that are being used. Any comments?

You're absolutely right. Ever since last year's H1-b lottery, I look at this country in a new light. I no longer see this U.S. as the world's greatest country, I suspect this is a civilization in decline. If I were to make a bet where this country will be in 50 years, I would bet it would lose it's position as a superpower and the most successful economy.
This H-1b and GC mess to me is an indicator of how things are run in this country. With all these major problems: immigration, healthcare -- there's just an attempt to sweep problems quietly under the rug or apply band-aid fixes such as a lottery.
Thousands of advanced degree holders are being kicked out of the country and a million people are stuck in a GC mess -- no one cares, it's no-one's business. The human being is like a tiny and replacable cog in the system.
Of maybe ~500 highly influential people in Washington DC (congressmen + senators + president + DHS high officials) maybe 3-4 people are expressing outrage at the EB GC and H1B mess. Zoe Lofgren is one, maybe a few others. The rest think the system is just fine.

IRS has a form to file if your W2 is missing... And you need to file taxes based on your best guess and last paystub with this bad employer... I had similar situation in 2000 and was very confused.. So I can understand your situation... And you need to paperfile.. cannot efile.. you can do on your own or thru any tax consultant... Its simple... These Desi employers won't give W2 to you and to IRS they'll tell they've mailed... So no one can harm them thisway... Only your case with DOL may bear some fruit... Feel free to PM me if need any advice...

However, if you cannot find someone to go with you, then go alone. Many of the meetings we do in Washington, sometimes we get appointments from 2 or 3 offices at the same time. In that case we split up and only one person goes to meet the lawmakers or staffers. But we cannot lose opportunities or miss opportunities.
So go alone if there is no one else in your district to go with you.

I haven�t got a chance to see the actual RFE notice yet, but as per my lawyer it�s for the TB test. The doctor skipped the TB skin test and we both did the X-ray which came back negative.
Does anyone went to a different doctor that the one who initially took the test. I relocated since I took the test, and would like to avoid the 4hr drive.

Lou Dobbs is playing to the galleries. The galleries are filled with people like him who are waiting for the sound bytes. The frenzy will keep increasing until it reaches crescendo like the NAZI campaigns. So we need to direct part of our media campaign towards stopping these lies. The only way we will get out coverage is to go out against the big ones and make the noise. All the people who crib about red dots: There is nothing IV can do about it.
This is a feature of the forum software.If some one uses foul language in forum posts then admins can warn them or block them. It is not possible if they do it in comments.
Actuallly, I suggest IV kickout anyone who cribs about red dots or that someone is using foul language in PMs/comments.
Keep the eye on the ball guys. If you see all the bullshit the IV admins bare with some other guy showing up every few weeks asking questions as if IV Core is getting rich off of the contributions. And some other guy shows up with a great plan (no sarcasm intended) asking CORE to make his thread sticky instead of keeping the thread on top by bumping it every few hours or so.Then when the core doesn't respond to their idea/request to make the thread sticky start abusing them. They take all that in stride and still continue to pour their hearts into something they believe in.
Now here are people so worried that they got a red dot and need the grievance be addressed. If not they will be afraid to post. If all it takes some one to stop you from posting your ideas is to give a red dot, how can any progress be made?
Think about it people.

1994 she was 8 years old when we brought her to USA
2002 asylum case was denied, we had to go back to our country (we didn't stay illegaly)
2002 after one month we came back, with H-1 visa, daughter with H-4
2003 I applied for LC
2006 My daughter turned 21 - She had to change status to F-1 (of course college fees were triple). She is out of LC process because of her age.
2007 LC approved, she is still F-1 and paying a lot of money in tuition.
I mean, these kids like my daughter (and I am sure there are thousands like her), deserve a break too. If the DREAM ACT is going to benefit illegal persons, it should also benefit children that have waited for their parents' LC process for long years only to see their hopes destroyed.

Ask your law firm why they are charging you so much. Below are the rates charged by my lawyer and should not be too different from what most of the others charge. If the lawyer doesn't answer, then show these numbers to your employer and lodge a strong protest with them.

The fact is republicans don’t like non whites to immigrate to US and the democrats are color blind to most extent but they are class conscious, they like illegals and poor people to immigrate to US because they can control them whereas they cannot control and herd the EB immigrants.
"reforming" the US immigration system by introducing a points based system where even existing applicants like the EB folks who have been in US for the last 10+ years have to re apply in points based nonsense system.
We will all have to fight for our cause but don’t have unrealistic expectations from CIR. Our best bet is a non cir piece meal bill visa recapture bill that addresses EB issues seperate from CIR, it is difficult to get such a bill passed but the chances for such a bill are better then Obama-durbin cir
You echoed my feelings about CIR...
My biggest fear is "choking up of the already inefficient system"...currently we at least can apply for something and expect it to be processed in few months (longer in some cases), get our EADs and APs renewed, call customer service with questions (although don't get needed info in most cases), get infopass....when they try to deal with "blue cards" and Z visas of 12 million plus illegals, none of this will be available.
And I do not want to start GC process from "scratch" in point bases system when I have spent so much time, money and energy in the current process...
Only and only Ron Gotcher can say "once CIR passes, everything will be current and stay current..." DREAM COME TRUE!
